Do you have to invest to work with ROBOSWISS?
It depends on the line. Kitchen and Air Cooler are rented by the month, with no capital tied up. Construction, RoboMat and RoboWash are sold — Construction and RoboMat are also rented, and leasing backed by Zürcher Kantonalbank spreads the cost. RoboPos is operated by ROBOSWISS itself.
What are those three models?
First model: purchase, leasing or rental — Construction and RoboMat offer all three, Kitchen and Air Cooler monthly rental, backed by Zürcher Kantonalbank for Air Cooler. Second: sale with servicing, on RoboWash — the operator buys the gantry, ROBOSWISS installs it and takes care of the servicing, and all of the revenue stays with them. Third: direct operation, on RoboPos.
Do you sell the machines?
The construction robots and the RoboMat machines, yes: to buy, to lease through Zürcher Kantonalbank, or to rent. The RoboWash gantries are sold too, installed and serviced by ROBOSWISS. Kitchen and Air Cooler are rented by the month; RoboPos is operated by ROBOSWISS itself, which also offers its solution for sale.
Do your installations run day and night?
They run with no staff on site, which is not the same thing. The opening hours of a car wash or a shop are set by the canton and the municipality: several cantons do not allow Sunday washing, and the status of unstaffed shops is still debated there. We check the applicable rules site by site before any commissioning.
Which countries do you operate in?
Switzerland is the reference market, and we operate across Europe under the same contract model. Lead times and commissioning terms are set out in the quotation, country by country.
What connects six such different markets?
One shared software layer: payment, telemetry, supervision and reporting are written once and serve all six business lines. That is where the group's value lies.
Do your stores use facial recognition?
No. Cameras and weight sensors capture the products, not the people: no facial recognition, no biometric data.
How do I get access to the financials?
Accounts, the fleet roll-out plan and the capital structure are provided to qualified investors on request, under NDA.
